Notification of order and delivery

Once we have received your order, we will notify you via the email address you have provided.

We will aim to pack and dispatch your order within 48 hrs of receiving it however during peak times these timelines may take longer. Delivery timescales below start from the time that the order is dispatched.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive another notification via the email address you have provided.

Safe delivery of your Scultura Activewear purchase

Due to the value of your purchase, Scultura Activewear uses a tracked and signed delivery service provided by Royal Mail for UK orders and a number of tracked delivery service providers for EU and US orders.

Scultura Activewear is responsible for your delivery until you have signed for it. After this time, the safety of your order becomes your responsibility.

Delivery locations

We are currently able to deliver to addresses within the UK, EU & United States however we hope to be able to extend our shipping to further afield in the very near future. However do please email us at contact@scultura-activewear.com and we will do our best to ship to you via an alternative method.

EU Customers - Customs Duties

Please be aware that orders placed by customers residing in European Union may incur customs duties and taxes.

We are unfortunately unable to predict these charges on a country by country basis. Therefore they will not be included in your order payment summary and you may be asked to pay these charges locally, before you are able to receive your order.

Please check your country's customs duties and tax specifications before placing your order, as Scultura cannot be held responsible for any of tax payments.

Once an order has been dispatched we will be unable to change the delivery address or redirect your order.

We are always very happy to help in the unlikely event that a delivery has not arrived within the timescales provided. Please do try and allow the following number of days before contacting us:

For orders placed within the UK, please allow at least 7 days and for orders placed within the EU & US, please allow up to 14 days (in some cases, this may take longer)
