ROYAL MAIL STRIKE ACTION
The Royal Mail strikes will be taking place on the following days:
Friday 26th August 2022
Wednesday 31st August 2022
Thursday 8th September 2022
Friday 9th September 2022
Any orders that are placed during these strike dates will not be picked up until the following working day so there may be some delays.

Whilst we will endeavour to continue to meet the delivery timescales during the lockdown, our delivery service providers may be effected as a result and you may therefore experience a slight delay in receiving your goods. We are working hard to avoid this wherever possible.
Notification of order and delivery
Once we have received your order, we will notify you via the email address you have provided.
We will aim to pack and dispatch your order within 48 hrs of receiving it however during peak times these timelines may take longer. Delivery timescales below start from the time that the order is dispatched.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive another notification via the email address you have provided.
Safe delivery of your Scultura Activewear purchase
Due to the value of your purchase, Scultura Activewear uses a tracked and signed for delivery service provided by Royal Mail.
Scultura Activewear is responsible for your delivery until you have signed for it. After this time, the safety of your order becomes your responsibility.
We are currently only able to deliver to addresses within the UK and the EU however we hope to be able to extend our shipping to further afield in the very near future. However do please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to ship to you via an alternative method.
Once an order has been dispatched we will be unable to change the delivery address or redirect your order.

For orders placed within the UK, please allow at least 7 days and for orders placed within the EU, please allow up to 14 days.
